1Leave the Village Hall and walk down Ulyett Lane, turn right into West Street.

2Opposite the entrance to Carr Lane is Willow Cottage (No 90) turn right down the side of the cottage along a footpath to the distant M180. The dyke along side the path is Willow Cottage Dyke.

3At Pumping station cross the bridge over the drain, turn right to join the public footpath heading towards the river bank. Carefully cross the road.

4Turn right walking along the river bank to outskirts of West Butterwick village, walk along North Street to the public footpath (signed Millenium Footpath).

5Turn right down Millenium Footpath, passing the bungalows on The Croft, follow footpath back to the recreation ground and to the Village Hall.
