1Start in Bonnyhale Road walking away from the village in a S.E direction along the road. Follow the road alongside the canal after a left hand bend.

2Carry on along the quiet road to Ealand Warpings farm. Just before the farm turn left onto a stony road which becomes a rough lane after Ealand Grange.

3Turn left onto a wide green path/track signed to Ealand Carrs.

4At a track junction,turn right.

5At the road, turn left heading towards the village.

6Go straight on and turn left

7With the main road on your right you are now walking Southwards and you can see a lake beyond the main road.

8Turn sharp left into New Trent Street past the village hall and back to the start.
