Start - Belton Playing Field bottom car park, off Jeffrey Lane, DN9 1LU

    From Bottom playing field car park, approach Jeffrey Lane, turn left along pavement to High Street.

    Carefully cross the High Street, turn left, look for an enclosed path between a converted chapel and the great wall Chinese takeaway, go along path continue across an unsurfaced lane into another enclosed path.

    Where the path emerges into an open space (Belton Field) turn immediately left along a field edge path with Gardens and Paddocks to your left.

    On reaching the Crown Inn, turn left past the Inn and continue along Church Lane bearing left into Stockshill, cross to the pavement and continue to the High Street.

    Cross back, turning Left along the High Street, look for the Old Post Office on the opposite side of the road, immediately after it is an enclosed public footpath.

    Cross the road and go down the enclosed footpath, bearing left after the last house on the left and go up a short ramp onto the track from Millers Brook, bear right and immediately left along the disused Railway Line.

    After the end of the estate on the left a short ramp leads down onto the playing field, continue along the hedge line back to the car park.
