About Amcotts
Explore the rich folklore and natural beauty of North Lincolnshire on Amcotts Walk, also affectionately known as The Tiddy Mun Trail. This charming route winds through the village of Amcotts and surrounding countryside, offering walkers a peaceful and engaging experience.
Named after the mythical Tiddy Mun—a spirit said to watch over the local fens—the trail is steeped in legend and local history.
Thanks to funding and the hard work of a dedicated village group, the route is fully signposted, so there's no need for a guide. Just follow the markers and enjoy the journey.
