Supporting Every Step of Your Parenting Journey sessions running between July 20– August 28 during all NL Family Play Sessions within our Hubs.

Practical advice and guidance on everyday challenges from Ante-natal to Teenagers including:

· Baby's/Teenager's brain development

· All about the first few years of a child's life

· Bedtime routines/Importance of sleep for teens

· Managing behaviours

· Tips on talking to and interacting with your child

· Teenager behaviour /Risk taking

· Screen time / Internet safety
