Do you enjoy playing games? Would you like to chat while tackling that knitting project you just can't seem to finish at home? Or perhaps you're interested in trying out Kurling or our Fun & Flex half - hour chair based exercise session?

If any of this sounds appealing, we invite you to join us!

Fun & Flex every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. 11. 15am - 11. 45am

Kurling every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. 11. 15am - 12pm

Chatterbox runs in the Kitchen area of the LiveWell hub from 10am - 12pm every Wednesday.
