Our Cook4Life groups offer educational and practical support for those looking to develop their skillsets! The Cook4Life programme offers the following:

  • FREE 6-week course available

  • Learn basic cooking skills

  • Fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere

  • Led by experts, guiding you along the way

  • Learn to make healthy, nutritious meals

Held in community hubs throughout North Lincolnshire, our groups provide advice on all aspects of healthy living in a relaxed, friendly environment.

Sessions are bookable by appointment only, for more information or to register, contact Healthy Lifestyles to speak with a member of our team!
