About Elsham Hall Gardens & Country Park

Set within the grounds of an 18th-century estate, Elsham Hall Gardens & Country Park is a haven for families, nature lovers, and garden enthusiasts. Explore one of the country’s largest walled gardens, stroll around tranquil lakes originally built by Augustinian Canons, and discover the arboretum filled with trees from across the British Isles.

The park is home to a wide variety of animals including alpacas, donkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs, and free-roaming birds like peacocks and guinea fowl. Children can enjoy the adventure playground, fairy garden, and endurance course, while adults can relax in the beautifully landscaped gardens or visit the art gallery and aviaries.

The Secret Garden Tearoom serves handmade sandwiches, cakes, and freshly ground coffee in a charming courtyard setting. There’s also a farm shop, pottery painting studio, and blacksmith’s forge on site, making it a unique and creative day out for all ages.

Seasonal events such as Lambing Sundays, Wildlife Weekends, and the Elsham Hall Light Show add even more reasons to visit throughout the year.
