If you are looking for family fun activities over the half term then North Lincolnshire is the place to be. Lots of free crafty sessions will be happening all week long with a spooky Halloween theme. Here are just a few we’ve picked out.

Saturday 22 October

North Lincolnshire Museum

Dudley Discovers – Create a gruesome backdrop ahead of Halloween. Suitable for under-fives. Activities are free. 10.30 – 3.30pm

Half term week

Monday 24 to Friday 28 October  

North Lincolnshire Museum

Dudley Discovers – Vampires and Villains take over the Museum this Halloween. Dress up and take part in many activities including bat making, creepy gruesome feely bags and make a play dough Viking Villain. Suitable for under-fives. Activities are free.10.30 – 3.30pm

Friday 28 October

North Lincolnshire Museum

Halloween: Vampires and Villains Night Wander through the dark galleries, take part in Vampire craft activities and follow our Vampire and Villains trail. Handle creepy real life creatures, if you dare (£1 per child) Supported by the Scunthorpe Little Theatre Club. 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Saturday 29 October

Pumpkin Day 2016

20 – 21 Visual Arts Centre have some spooky fun planned for all the family with their ghostly-themed activity table. Not to mention plenty of pumpkin carving in the education room and our annual pumpkin exhibition in the gallery! Pumpkin carving workshop is £1, but all other activities are free.10am to 4pm.

Monday 31 October

Waters’ Edge Visitor Centre

Spooky Disco
Join us at our popular spooky disco for Halloween fun and games.  See scary spiders and other creepy crawlies.  Get dressed up in your scary outfits and you could win a prize in our fancy dress competition.  Venture into the spooky zone and have a go at the free spooky activities.  The Honey Pot Café will be open serving a special Halloween menu.£4 – booking essential. 5pm to 7pm
