    Lindholme Lakes

    Spread over 90 acres with 60 acres of water, Lindholme Lakes is the north’s finest 500+ peg fishery. Well stocked with barbel, bream, carp, trout and more, you’re guaranteed a good days fishing whether you are an experienced angler or just beginning. Each of the lakes have their own character from the flagship ‘Bonsai Lake’ stocked with 15 tonnes of fish, to the smaller pleasure lakes.

    St Andrew's Church

    Overlooking the town it provides an ideal base from which to explore the built and cultural history of Epworth. Both the church and the town have strong connections to the Wesley family; the Reverend Samuel Wesley was rector here from 1695 to 1735. His sons were born and brought up in Epworth.
